The 5K for 5K Giveaway (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of A Snail's Pace Running Shop ("ASP"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
The promotion begins Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:00 am PT and ends Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 5:00 pm PT (the "Promotion")
During the Promotion Period, participants can enter the raffle by completing the following steps:
Participants may submit one entry per day during the Promotion Period.
Each entry must be tied to a completed 5K run or walk that ends at an A Snail's Pace Running Shop location.
Multiple entries from the same person on the same day will not be accepted.
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a $5,000 (USD) gift card to ASP.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered except as required by law.
Participants who complete the Instagram portion of the entry process will also be eligible for weekly drawings to win a pair of Nike running shoes.
Weekly drawings will take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, through Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
Two (2) winners will be selected each week.
Prize details (styles, size, color) are subject to availability and may vary.
The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The two (2) weekly shoe drawing winners will be selected in random drawings from eligible Instagram entries received for each respective week.
Drawings will be conducted by ASP, whose decisions are final and binding.
Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
The Grand Prize winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the required time, an alternative winner may be selected.
Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
Your Instagram account must be public at the time of entry.
Entries must include a photo of your run history, mention @asprunning, and include #5Kfor5K.
ASP is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected social media entries.
ASP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by ASP in its sole discretion.
